Now that’s dinner

I’ve been on this diet for a while, still dropping weight and putting on muscle. Now 13 St 6 lb which I think is the best since university…

However I am becoming increasingly lazy. My keto kurry has been a hit with those that have shared it, but when dining alone I tend to go for easy, one pan meals. Such as the double steak hache with courgette. And a cheeky gherkin. 

And I LOVE it 🙂
